The Members of Klunker Are:

Amy Berridge - Vocals, Guitar, Mandolin - Whether it's a song by Sheryl Crow, Patsy Cline or Janis Joplin, Amy amazes audiences with her vocal ability, range and style. Formerly based in the New Brunswick area, Amy has performed with a number of Hub City bands and is the former lead vocalist for the now defunct all girl group, Malcontent.

Harvey Minchin - Keyboards, Guitar, Bass, Vocals - With over 25 years professional performing experience Harvey does it all: keyboards, guitar, drums, percussion, sings, soundman, composes and arranges music. Along with his Klunker duties, Harvey plays with the duo Harvey & Amy and freelances with several local bands including Authorized Personnel, the Straight and Narrow Band, the Live Sounds of Magic and even the Hunterdon Symphony. Harvey received a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Trenton State College in 1987 with percussion as his main instrument.

Art Charlton - Lead and Rhythm Guitar, Bass, Vocals - Art has been a guitar player since he was knee-high to a music stand. His musical experiences include playing guitar in a number of productions of Godspell, as well as writing and recording several songs that few people have ever heard. Art has studied with guitarist Walt Bibinger and has sung with the Twin Rivers Choral Society and the post-alt-country-pop duo the Stable Boys.

Mike Burns - Drums, Vocals - Mike started playing over 30 years ago.  His career started with a local jazz & swing group.  After high school, Mike enlisted in the Marine Corps and while stationed in North Carolina, he began working with a country group known as Country Plus.  During this time, he was fortunate to open for a little known artist at the time named Lee Greenwood.  After returning to New Jersey, Mike worked with several country bands and a blues oriented trio. In the 90's, Mike worked with a local group known as Freedom Rode. 


Alternate Members - They have played with us in the past and play from time to time as needed.

Joe Ahart - Lead Guitar, Harmonica, Vocals - During his career, Joe has played extensively in the Lehigh Valley Area a part of a duo with Rob DiVittorio called Strawe R. D. One of the highlights of his career was playing on the same bill with Richie Havens at a Vietnam Veterans Benefit.

Al Wanamaker - Drums, Vocals - Al has kept busy over the past 25 years performing with many local bands including Cross Cut Saw, Brown Sugar and JW and the Buicks. He also freelances with various groups on drums and as a soundman. When Al can find his way out from behind the drums, he can be found at the front of the stage playing guitar or bass.
